Medication at School
MEDICATION AT SCHOOL FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
Students are not allowed to have any form of medication sent with them to school. This includes cough drops, eye drops, chewable tablets, or any other form of over the counters medications or prescription medications. Call the school office if you have any questions. 925-855-2900.
If a child needs to have medication administered by school personnel you must have a medication at school for on file in the school office. Please see the attached form which can be faxed to the school office. Fax number is 925.838.8431
